DEFECTIVE EXECUTION

If there is a faulty performance (you didn’t receive the product you ordered), you have the option to keep the product you received or to replace the product you originally ordered with a value reconciliation. The cost of return and the cost of the replacement’s delivery are borne by the cricksydog.hu webshop.

ACCESSORY INFORMATION

We offer a 6-month guaranty on all accessories distributed by us. In some cases, there may be a temporary product shortage for which we cannot take responsibility! Uploaded images are for illustration purposes only!

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTY?

The contractual guaranty does not cover damage resulting from lack of maintenance, unauthorised intervention, alteration, misuse, damage or unauthorized repairs. The guaranty does not cover, inter alia, further defects or damage:

• malfunctions and damages resulting from improper or unusual use of the Product;
• malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse, accident or negligence;
• defects or damage resulting from improper testing, use, maintenance, commissioning, modification;
• defects and damage due to moisture, liquid or spilled food;
• scratches or other damage to the surface of the device during proper use,
• for parts worn during regular maintenance or proper use.
